In a nutshell, we buy a house
on your behalf in your name, then we organise
absolutely everything. Sourcing the property,
negotiation of the sale price and the
terms, the conveyancing, the certifiers and the
sale. We do all of the negotiations, the
renovations, the council approvals, the quotes
and anything else that is required for the
project. Then the property is sold and we split
the profits. (This is subject to
all parties having agreed on a sale price).
It is in my best interest in a
joint venture arrangement to maximise the
profits for both parties. If you do not make any
money, then neither do we. The risk and rewards
are shared equally. This is a great, safe way to
invest your money with low risk. The profits or
losses at the end of the project shall be split
50 / 50. You do not have to live near the
projects or have any involvement unless you wish
to be involved if you wish - we do all of the
work.
This form of investing is
great for high income earners with little or no
time to spend on investing. It is fun,
different, extremely rewarding. However,
if you want to come with me each day to learn
all of the ropes yourself, then that suits me
fine also.
