We are talking about having your money work for you, having us work for you, while you reap the profits……Now that’s an opportunity. If your busy lifestyle doesn’t allow you the time to get into the Real Estate Market, we have the perfect solution for you.

In a nutshell, we buy a house on your behalf in your name, then we organise absolutely everything. Sourcing the property, negotiation  of the sale price and the terms, the conveyancing, the certifiers and the sale. We do all of the negotiations, the renovations, the council approvals, the quotes and anything else that is required for the project. Then the property is sold and we split the profits.  (This is subject to all parties having agreed on a sale price).

It is in my best interest in a joint venture arrangement to maximise the profits for both parties. If you do not make any money, then neither do we. The risk and rewards are shared equally. This is a great, safe way to invest your money with low risk. The profits or losses at the end of the project shall be split 50 / 50. You do not have to live near the projects or have any involvement unless you wish to be involved if you wish - we do all of the work.

This form of investing is great for high income earners with little or no time to spend on investing. It is fun, different, extremely rewarding.  However, if you want to come with me each day to learn all of the ropes yourself, then that suits me fine also.

The property we renovate will be in your name only. This means that we cannot do anything with it, not even sell it, without your written permission. You will have access to a copy of the independent valuation and you can choose the valuer if you like. The only cash that is given to me is for the renovation costs.  If this arrangement does not suit you.

If you decide to go ahead we will provide you with a joint venture agreement so both parties are protected. We can’t be any fairer than that.

To source the property or land and buy on your behalf

To show you a full breakdown of costs involved, time frame, property location and estimated profits before you agree to proceed
To arrange the trades and manage projects
To arrange for the sale of the project and negotiations with buyers (once both parties have agreed on sale price).
To supply you with a weekly progress report.
To supply you with a full breakdown of costs, the receipts and an excel spreadsheet summary
To distribute the profits on completion (when both parties agree on the sale price).
Handle all marketing.
Use our internet marketing skills to generate leads.
Build a list of possible buyers of future projects
Vision to see what the end will be like
We endevour to achieve a high profit on your behalf

Your obligations to us
To provide all the funds to finance the project. You can be hands on and have as much input as you like, but it is not a requirement.

How much can you invest?
The projects that we focus on are in the $250,000+. You will either be required to have those funds available in cash or it can be borrowed from a bank or lending institution. We also require a 10% deposit to complete the sale of the property, whether it be from a savings account, LOC or other.
